AllerGen: Emerging Clinician-Scientist Research Fellowship Deadline: October 1, 2010
This research fellowship is valued at $250,000 over two years. The goal of the AllerGen Emerging Clinician-Scientist Research Fellowship is to enable Canadian Clinical Immunologists and Allergists to pursue allergy, asthma and/or anaphylaxis academic research training immediately following their Clinical Immunology and Allergy sub-specialty training in order to:
Strengthen the academic capacity of Canadian Clinical Immunology and Allergy sub-specialists
Increase Canadian capacity for translational Clinical Immunology and Allergy research
Facilitate enhanced patient care through excellence in basic and clinical Allergy and related immune disease research.
Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada (PCRFC) is offering a limited number of Clinician-Scientist awards, which provide salary and research support for outstanding Clinician-Scientists initiating a career as independent investigators/junior faculty in prostate cancer research. These awards provide the opportunity for new faculty with 3 or fewer years of service to develop and demonstrate independence in initiating and conducting prostate cancer research.
