  An accessible index of the literature of nursing and the allied health professions. Sometimes, a search of CINAHL turns up an article where the test survey instrument is not only mentioned, but re-printed. There is an "Instrument" search field in CINAHL.

• OVID-HaPl (Health and Psychosocial Instruments)
  Evaluation and measurement tools, questionnaires, and test instruments, which is produced by Behavioural Measurement Database Services.

• OVID-MEDLINE
  The premier database for biomedicine, MEDLINE will occasionally index the full instrument you are seeking.
