Join us for an interactive workshop series on the foundations of project management. Offered in three half-day workshops, attendees will learn the basics of the many important aspects of managing projects.
Workshop 3: Project Team Management - Covers project team development and people management. Participants will be introduced to topics including team building and decision-making, conflict resolution and workload management.
Due to high demand and limited capacity, this workshop series requires that attendees be nominated by their Principal Investigator. It is expected that each attendee be available to participate in all three workshops.
Please also note that if you are selected to attend these workshops but fail to attend without a 48-hour notice beforehand, your Principal Investigator will be charged a $25 no-show fee.
