2019 Innovators’ Challenge

Please note: The term medical device, as defined by Health Canada, is a product used for medical purposes in patients, in diagnosis, prevention, therapy or surgery that does not achieve its purpose through chemical action. Some examples include surgical tools, software (e.g. calculators, smartphone applications), drug delivery devices (limited to use with drugs already approved), imaging, training or assistive devices, physiotherapy tools, hospital equipment and laboratory equipment.

2. Please detail how your project meets one or more of the following criteria:
