Purpose of Study 

This is an observational study designed to better understand the factors that contribute to MS disease progression using tools from different fields such as epidemiology (i.e. number of patients and distribution of disease), medical imaging, and immunology (blood).  Participants will participate in annual visits over a 5-year period.


To participate, you must be aged 18 to 65 and have one of the following:

  • Radiologically Isolated Syndrome (RIS)
  • Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS)
  • Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS)
  • Diagnosis of Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS) with high risk of MS conversion

Healthy volunteers will also be recruited.
