Purpose of Study 

The purpose of this study is to examine the care experiences of Alternate Level of Care (ALC) patients living with dementia, for it is when these patients' experiences are understood, especially from their perpective, that steps can be taken to address how their care could be improved.

Eligibility 

Those who can participate are patients living with dementia who have been designated ALC and are currently in hospital, family members and caregivers of ALC patients, and health care professionals (nurses, physicians, social workers, etc.) who care for ALC patients living with dementia in hospital.
