Purpose of Study 

This study explores, patients', their caregivers', and healthcare providers' perspectives on the best approachs to engage in advance care planning (ACP) for end-of-life (EOL) care.

Eligibility 

To participate in this study you must be:

- an English speaking adult who has been diagnosed with advanced stage Parkinson's disease.

- an English speaking adult caregiver of patient participants.

- an English speaking healthcare provider who has direct experience supporting patients with Parkinson's disease through advance care planning for end-of-life.

- willing to participate in one 45-60 min interview (in person or by telephone/skype) and one (possible) 30-45 min follow-up interview.
