VCHRI partners with other organizations to co-fund research, build capacity in the health care system and optimize our investments in health research. Our match funding programs increase the ability of VCHRI researchers to compete provincially, nationally and internationally, and attract research dollars from outside of VCHRI.

 

Mitacs provides a link between industry and post-secondary institutions, driving collaborations to develop projects which solve business challenges, and develop the nation’s innovation capacity.

Eligibility

VCHRI is offering match funding to qualifying VCHRI investigators and trainees to apply for the Mitacs Accelerate program. Please see the VCHRI Match Funding Guidelines for requirements.

Deadlines

Registration deadline: Wednesday, December 1, 2021 by 4:00pm (PST)

Application deadline: Monday, January 31, 2022 by 4:00pm (PST)
