Interoperability depends on more than technology. It requires strong data standards, trusted partnerships and collaboration across sectors. In this webinar, Dr. Emma Griffiths from the Centre for Infectious Disease Genomics and One Health at Simon Fraser University will share practical examples from her work with federal and provincial partners, diverse data repositories including NCBI/ENA, Pathoplexus and iMicroSeq, as well as international initiatives such as IPSN, PHA4GE, GA4GH and HL7. The session will explore how data standards support stronger data sharing, integration and communication across organizations and platforms.
