Celebrating Knowledge Translation: Project Showcase

Oct 1 2025, 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Virtual

Knowledge translation is the art and science of moving evidence into health care policy and practice. The Knowledge Translation (KT) Challenge supports teams of clinicians at Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), BC Cancer, Fraser Health, Northern Health and Providence Health Care (PHC) who are responsible for moving evidence into practice. This event will showcase diverse projects implemented by KT Challenge teams from BC Cancer, PHC, and VCH.

During the event, KT Challenge teams will showcase projects on the following topics:

  • Reducing hospital-associated staphylococcus aureus bloodstream infections
  • Dialectical behavioural therapy training
  • Priming practice to reduce hypersensitivity reactions
  • Use of a standardized tool for patients with traumatic brain injury

Please contact Krista Glowacki (krista.glowacki@vch.ca) for attendance details.
