Knowledge translation is the art and science of moving evidence into health care policy and practice. The Knowledge Translation (KT) Challenge supports teams of clinicians at Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), Fraser Health and Providence Health Care (PHC) who are responsible for moving evidence into practice. This event will showcase diverse projects implemented by KT Challenge teams from PHC and VCH.
