Reorientation toward Value-Based Health Care at VGH has expanded collection of patient outcomes, but measurement and core outcome set design persistently lacks patient engagement. C2E2 designed a qualitative interview study in collaboration with the Liver Transplant Integrated Practice Unit at VGH to identify a comprehensive list of outcomes relevant to liver transplant patients, their caregivers, and allied health professionals. In this talk, the speakers will describe the seven outcome themes important to these stakeholder groups, as well as the implementation of a patient guide to improve stakeholder information access during the liver transplant process.
