THIS COURSE IS NOW FULL. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES.
Join us for an interactive workshop series on the foundations of project management. Offered in three half-day workshops, attendees will learn the basics of the many important aspects of managing projects.
Workshop 1: Introduction - Covers key principles as well as scope, risk and quality management concepts and tools. Participants will be introduced to the benefits of defining and managing project scope, assessing risks, and establishing clear objectives and deliverables.
Due to high demand and limited capacity, this workshop series requires that attendees be nominated by their Principal Investigator. It is expected that each attendee be available to participate in all three workshops.
Please also note that if you are selected to attend these workshops but fail to attend without a 48-hour notice beforehand, your Principal Investigator will be charged a $25 no-show fee.
