Join the UBC Data Science and Health (DASH) Cluster for a new webinar series on vibe coding, a hands-on introduction to building real, functional software using artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language, with no traditional programming required.
In the first session, participants will explore why building clinical AI tools is valuable, even without a programming background. Participants will learn the basics of navigating vibe coding platforms and how to go from passive AI user to active AI builder. The session will also review data trends in health care and how leveraging large language models (LLM) as tools can be powerful especially for the data-dense environment of health care. We'll cover the mental model, the tools, and do a live build of a simple health tool together.
