Krisztina Vasarhelyi

Dr. Krisztina Vasarhelyi is the senior lead for Learning Health Systems at Vancouver Community and adjunct professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University. She is also a research associate at the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology and Evaluation and scientific research staff at the Department of Family and Community Practice at Vancouver Coastal Health. 

Dr. Vasarhelyi leads embedded research and evaluation in the areas of community health services, public health and Indigenous health, supporting the design of responsive programs and policies through collaborative modelling, operations research, qualitative and mixed methods analysis. Her research and health system work focuses on advancing Learning Health Systems, with a strong emphasis on participatory approaches, equity and translating knowledge into health care practice.
