Purpose of Study

The purpose of the study is to find out how women with and without sexual difficulties respond to videos and pictures (some of which contain erotic material). It also aims to understand the neurocognitive correlates of sexual arousal and desire, including attention to sexual cues, physiological and subject sexual responses.

Eligibility

Individuals may be able to participate in this study if they:

  • Are a cis- or trans-woman
  • Are between the ages of 18-50
  • Are attracted to men
  • Are in a sexual relationship 
  • Have sexual concerns (specifically relating to decreased sexual interest, arousal and/or desire)

This study will not be suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Women who are affected by a major mental disorder that is currently interfering with their daily functioning will be excluded from participation.
