TEC Vancouver 2019 - Technologies in Emergency Care

Intended Audience
Research staff, clinicians, trainees

The TEC Vancouver conference will bring together clinicians, health professionals and health leaders to explore clinical gaps and how technologies can be used to solve real life challenges in primary and emergency health services in BC and beyond. Health authorities and policy makers from British Columbia, leading health technology experts and innovators are invited to this conference in order to work together and discuss the realization of possible solutions. 

The conference will:

  • Share knowledge about existing and emerging innovative health technologies to improve patient care, health provider work and education relevant to the Emergency Department and beyond
  • Identify and address real life clinical problems and challenges in order to find novel solutions
  • Clarify and share pathways for health technology innovations, from design to implementation and commercialization, with clinicians, policy makers, industry leaders and health administrators
