Biography

Dr. Andrea Neilson is a gynecologic oncologist and gynecologic cancer researcher in Vancouver. She completed her medical degree and residency at the University of Alberta and her Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Neilson works to advance cancer diagnosis and treatment through translational research and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has several research initiatives focusing on molecular classification of endometrial and endometriosis-associated ovarian cancers, as well as early detection strategies to improve gynecologic cancer outcomes.
