Biography
Dr. Edward Percy is a clinical instructor in the division of cardiac surgery at Vancouver General Hospital. He is a research director in the Centre for Thoracic Aortic Disease at the Dilawri Cardiovascular Institute.
Dr. Percy graduated with MD at Dalhousie University and conducted his residency in cardiac surgery at the University of British Columbia (UBC). During residency, he completed a research fellowship in clinical outcomes at Brigham and Women's Hospital of Harvard Medical School as well as a Master of Science at UBC. He also completed a clinical fellowship in advanced aortic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Percy’s research interests include clinical outcomes, large database research and patient-oriented outcomes research.
