Hazal Babadagli

Dr. Hazal Babadagli is a clinical pharmacy specialist in outpatient cardiology at the Dilawri Cardiovascular Institute, Vancouver General Hospital, and a clinical assistant professor at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia. Her research interests focus on atrial fibrillation pharmacotherapy and cardiovascular risk reduction.

Dr. Babadagli received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta in 2013, followed by a postbaccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2014. She practiced in various areas of cardiology at the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute in Edmonton, including general cardiology, cardiac critical care, cardiovascular surgery and the ventricular assist device program. In 2022, she completed an Advanced Year 2 Cardiology Pharmacy Residency and a Master of Science in Medicine from the University of Alberta.
