Hazal Babadagli

Dr. Hazal Babadagli is a clinical pharmacy specialist in outpatient cardiology at Vancouver General Hospital and a clinical assistant professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia. 

Dr. Babadagli received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta in 2013, followed by a postbaccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2014. She practiced in multiple areas of cardiology at the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute in Edmonton, including general cardiology, cardiac critical care, cardiovascular surgery and the ventricular assist device program. In 2022, she completed an Advanced Year 2 Cardiology Pharmacy Residency and earned a Master of Science in Medicine from the University of Alberta.

Dr. Babadagli’s research interests span atrial fibrillation pharmacotherapy and cardiovascular risk reduction.
