William Hall is a Health Economics PhD candidate at the University of British Columbia and a Research Associate with the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Evaluation. His current PhD project is focused on developing tools to assist decisions makers in making evidence-informed decisions in Home Health. William is passionate about the cross-implementation of advances in economics, technology, and business management fields to healthcare systems.
