Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute (VCHRI) offers internal awards and funding competitions for individual investigators and research teams that foster continuity in their work and bring discovery from bench to bedside.
Each year VCHRI provides approximately $1.8M in funding for salary- and project-based awards, annually supporting our investigators, clinicians, students and research teams from a variety of health disciplines.
VCHRI is proud to offer its award program in partnership with Providence Health Care Research Institute, VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, Richmond Hospital Foundation, Lions Gate Hospital Foundation, Transplant Research Foundation of BC and the BC SUPPORT Unit.
