The Health Design Lab (HDL) is a research and design centre at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. HDL applies participatory design methods that engage people with lived experience as co-creators of knowledge and active partners in addressing complex, systemic health care challenges. Specializing in the engagement of people with lived experience in co-design processes, the lab collaborates with community organizations, health authorities and other academic institutions on a range of health-related projects.
Join us to learn how you can collaborate with HDL and help advance patient-oriented research and patient-centred care.
