Small Care Home Virtual Engagement Session

Join us for an interactive session to learn about the Small Care Homes initiative at Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) and to engage with staff, people with lived experience, caregivers and community partners. This session will allow you to explore and contribute feedback on the care model and on how to measure success. 

Learning objectives

In this session, you will:

• Learn about the Small Care Home model and the Small Care Homes initiative at VCH
• Hear from and contribute to a diverse group of voices, including staff, caregivers and community partners
• Contribute to the development of an evaluation plan to measure outcomes that are important for seniors, families and staff
