Biography
Dr. Daniela Palombo is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She is also a member of the Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health. Dr. Palombo’s research focuses on studying memory, with a special focus on emotional aspects of memory. She investigates how memory intersects with imagination, including future thinking. Her research approach is multi-faceted and applies a host of cognitive tasks as well as virtual reality and neuroimaging methods.
