Purpose of Study
The purpose of this study is to find out if an experimental drug could be an alternative therapy for patients who are over 40 years old, have previously been on ocrelizumab (Ocrevus) for at least 18 months, and have relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS).
The study is expected to be approximately 48 months with on-site visits every three months. Participants will be randomly selected to either receive the experimental drug or remain on ocrelizumab. The experimental drug is an oral pill while ocrelizumab is an IV infusion treatment. Other activities will include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, blood draws, physical and neurological exams, electrocardiograms (ECGs) and other testing designed to measure health and MS disease.
