Purpose of Study
The purpose of this study is to better understand cognitive and movement changes in older adults by using imaging, clinical assessments, biomarker tests and measures of memory, thinking and daily functioning.
The study will involve up to four visits over a three-month period at the beginning of the study and up to four visits two years later. The visits will include clinical assessment, such as physical and neurological exams, tests of memory and cognitive ability, MRI scans and biological sample collection (blood, saliva, urine, cheek swab and optional fecal sample). There will also be annual telephone check-ins.
