Biography

Dr. Lily Zhou is a stroke neurologist at Vancouver General Hospital and an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Ottawa, neurology residency at UBC, Master of Science in epidemiology at Harvard and fellowships in vascular neurology and neuroepidemiology at Stanford and NIH StrokeNet. She is active in medical education and her research interests are stroke epidemiology, machine-learning using administrative data, cost benefit analysis in health care and venous sinus thrombosis treatment and outcomes.
