Purpose of Study

The purpose of this study is to assess COVID-19 prophylactic/therapeutic safety and effectiveness in transplant patients, assess mental health impacts of COVID-19 on transplant patients and families, develop strategies to improve well-being, and determine the economic burden and value of emerging and existing prophylactic/therapeutic options for COVID-19 in transplant patients.

Eligibility

This study is open to adults age 19 and over. Participants must be: solid organ transplant recipient being followed in person or remotely at Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) or St. Paul's Hospital (SPH); allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient being followed at VGH; or autologous bone marrow transplant recipient within 12 months of transplant date being followed at VGH. Family and caregivers associated with the patient followed at VGH or SPH are also eligible to participate.
